Is FATI X OPTIMIZER a physical product?

No. FATI X OPTIMIZER is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

Do I need an account to purchase a plan?

No. Customers can proceed to checkout without creating an account or logging in. An email address is requested for the payment receipt and to link paid access later.

How is paid access delivered?

Paid access is enabled electronically after a successful payment is confirmed. If you purchase as a guest, use the same checkout email when signing in or creating an account so the paid access can be linked to you.

What are the plan prices?

Can I request a refund?

Yes. You can submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or any recurring subscription renewal. Each renewal has its own 14-day window.
