Digital Products and Services

Because access to FATI X OPTIMIZER is provided electronically, there is no physical product to return. Paid access is normally enabled after a successful payment is confirmed.

Returns

Physical returns, return shipping, and product exchanges do not apply to FATI X OPTIMIZER.

Refunds and Payment Issues

Although physical returns do not apply, customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or any recurring subscription renewal. Refund requests are reviewed individually under the applicable payment provider's terms and consumer-protection laws.
