FATI X OPTIMIZER respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, received, processed, stored, and shared when you use the FATI X OPTIMIZER website, account system, video optimization tools, paid services, TikTok integrations, and related features.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Authentication Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may process information required to identify and authenticate you. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this may include your email address, display name, account identifier, profile image, or other basic information supplied by an authentication provider such as Google or TikTok.

Information You Provide

We may process information that you voluntarily provide through the service, including uploaded videos, captions, posting preferences, feedback, support information, and other information submitted while using FATI X OPTIMIZER.

If you purchase a plan through guest checkout, we may process the email address supplied at checkout so a payment receipt can be issued and the paid access can later be linked to the appropriate FATI X OPTIMIZER account.

Technical and Service Information

We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This may include request information, timestamps, browser or device information, authentication state, service events, error information, and activity needed to detect abuse or maintain reliability.

2. Uploaded and Processed Videos

Videos submitted to FATI X OPTIMIZER are processed for the purpose of providing the optimization, analysis, download, or publishing functionality requested by the user.

Uploaded and generated video files may be stored temporarily as necessary to complete processing, make an optimized result available, support an active publishing request, maintain service reliability, or recover an interrupted processing job.

We do not sell uploaded videos or use uploaded videos for advertising. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, download, or publish the content they submit.

3. TikTok Login and Account Connection

FATI X OPTIMIZER integrates with TikTok through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. TikTok access is initiated only when you choose to sign in with TikTok or connect a TikTok account.

Depending on the permissions you authorize, FATI X OPTIMIZER may receive or access:

• Basic TikTok profile information such as your TikTok account identifier, display name, and avatar.
• Additional profile information such as username, profile link, biography information, and verification status.
• TikTok account statistics such as follower count, following count, likes count, and video count.
• Metadata for videos made available through TikTok's authorized API, including information used to display recent videos and engagement statistics.
• Permission to publish content to your TikTok account when you explicitly choose to use FATI X OPTIMIZER's TikTok posting feature.

4. TikTok Authentication Tokens

When you connect TikTok to FATI X OPTIMIZER, authorization credentials supplied by TikTok may be stored so that the connection can function. TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form by FATI X OPTIMIZER.

These credentials are used only to perform authorized TikTok actions, such as reading approved profile information, refreshing an authorized connection, displaying permitted account information, or publishing a video when you request it.

5. Posting Videos to TikTok

FATI X OPTIMIZER does not automatically publish content to TikTok without a user-initiated posting action.

Before a TikTok post is submitted, the service may request or display posting information such as caption, privacy selection, interaction settings, content disclosures, and confirmations required by TikTok.

When you confirm a TikTok publishing request, TikTok may retrieve or receive the optimized video and related publishing information in order to process and publish the post. TikTok's handling of that information is governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

6. Disconnecting TikTok

You may disconnect a connected TikTok account through FATI X OPTIMIZER. When a TikTok account is disconnected, FATI X OPTIMIZER removes the stored TikTok connection associated with that account and attempts to revoke the applicable TikTok authorization.

Disconnecting TikTok does not delete content that has already been published to TikTok. Published TikTok content remains subject to your TikTok account settings and TikTok's own services.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may be processed through Paddle or another payment provider identified during checkout. Payment providers may process billing, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment information necessary to complete a purchase or manage a subscription.

FATI X OPTIMIZER does not directly store your full payment card details.

8. How We Use Information

Information processed by FATI X OPTIMIZER may be used to:

• Provide and maintain account access.
• Authenticate users.
• Process and optimize videos.
• Provide video analysis and download functionality.
• Connect authorized TikTok accounts.
• Display TikTok information authorized by the user.
• Publish content to TikTok at the user's request.
• Process subscriptions and paid access.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
• Troubleshoot errors and maintain service reliability.
• Improve the security and operation of the service.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

FATI X OPTIMIZER may rely on third-party service providers necessary to operate the website and provide requested features. These may include authentication providers, TikTok, payment providers such as Paddle, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, and other technical service providers.

Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary to provide a feature requested by the user, operate the service through a service provider, protect FATI X OPTIMIZER and its users, investigate misuse, comply with applicable law or legal process, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell uploaded videos to third parties.

11. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the service, maintaining account access, completing requested processing or publishing operations, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.

FATI X OPTIMIZER uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled by the service. Sensitive TikTok connection credentials are stored in encrypted form.

No online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security, and users should also take reasonable steps to protect their own accounts and devices.

13. Your Choices

You may choose not to connect TikTok, may disconnect TikTok after connecting it, and may choose whether to initiate a TikTok publishing request.

You may also manage information and settings available through the applicable third-party provider, including TikTok or your authentication provider.

14. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other available privacy choices.

Requests may be submitted through the support or contact options available on the FATI X OPTIMIZER website. We may need to verify the identity of a requester before acting on a request.

15. Children's Privacy

FATI X OPTIMIZER is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service or the connected third-party services in their jurisdiction. Users must comply with the age requirements that apply to FATI X OPTIMIZER and any connected service, including TikTok.

16. International Processing

Because FATI X OPTIMIZER and its service providers may operate infrastructure in different locations, information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to applicable legal requirements.
