FATI X OPTIMIZER provides digital access that becomes available after a successful purchase.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a significant technical problem that prevents you from using the service, or believe a payment was made in error, you may request assistance and the circumstances will be reviewed.
Canceling a recurring subscription prevents future renewals. Access normally remains available for the already-paid billing period.
Lifetime access refers to access for the operational lifetime of the FATI X OPTIMIZER service and does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.
Payments and eligible refunds may be processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
