These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FATI X OPTIMIZER, including its website, accounts, video optimization and analysis tools, paid services, TikTok integrations, publishing features, and related functionality.
By accessing or using FATI X OPTIMIZER, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
1. The Service
FATI X OPTIMIZER provides online tools designed to process, analyze, optimize, and prepare user-provided video files. Certain features may also allow eligible users to connect third-party accounts, including TikTok, and publish optimized content through authorized integrations.
Features may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves or as required by technical, security, regulatory, or third-party platform requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use FATI X OPTIMIZER and any connected third-party service in your jurisdiction. If you connect a TikTok account, you must also satisfy TikTok's applicable eligibility and account requirements.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your account and for activity performed through it.
Purchasing a FATI X PRO plan does not require account creation or login. Customers may proceed through guest checkout using an email address for the payment receipt and future access linking. An account may be created or connected later using that same email address.
FATI X OPTIMIZER may support authentication through email or third-party providers such as Google or TikTok. Use of a third-party authentication provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
You must provide accurate information where required and must not use another person's account or identity without authorization.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to FATI X OPTIMIZER. By uploading or submitting content, you authorize FATI X OPTIMIZER to process, temporarily store, copy, transform, analyze, optimize, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you own your content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to upload, process, download, or publish it.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use FATI X OPTIMIZER to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload content you are not authorized to use.
- Distribute malware, harmful code, or malicious files.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent technical limits, security controls, or access rules.
- Use automated methods to abuse, overload, or manipulate the service.
- Misrepresent your identity or authorization to use an account.
6. TikTok Login
FATI X OPTIMIZER may provide the option to sign in using TikTok Login Kit. If you choose this option, TikTok may provide FATI X OPTIMIZER with information authorized by you for authentication purposes.
Use of TikTok Login remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, platform rules, and authorization requirements.
7. Connecting a TikTok Account
Certain FATI X OPTIMIZER features may allow you to connect a TikTok account and authorize specific permissions.
FATI X OPTIMIZER will request only permissions needed for enabled features. Depending on the permissions you approve, these may include access to basic profile information, additional profile information, account statistics, permitted video information, and permission to publish content.
You may disconnect a TikTok account through the available account controls. Disconnecting does not remove posts that have already been published to TikTok.
8. Posting Content to TikTok
FATI X OPTIMIZER may allow an authorized user to publish an optimized video directly to a connected TikTok account.
A TikTok post is initiated only after you choose to use the posting feature and confirm the applicable posting settings.
Before publishing, you may be required to review or select information such as caption, audience or privacy settings, interaction settings, content disclosures, and confirmations required by TikTok.
TikTok ultimately controls whether content is accepted, processed, restricted, muted, removed, delayed, or published on its platform. FATI X OPTIMIZER cannot guarantee that TikTok will accept or publish a particular post.
9. TikTok Platform Rules
When using TikTok-related features, you must comply with TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, content policies, music and intellectual-property rules, commercial-content rules, and other requirements that apply to your account or content.
You are responsible for selecting accurate disclosures and ensuring that any music, audio, brands, products, partnerships, or other material included in your content may lawfully be published.
10. Third-Party Services
FATI X OPTIMIZER may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including TikTok, Google, payment providers, hosting providers, email providers, and other technical services.
Third-party services are operated independently and may be subject to separate terms, policies, restrictions, outages, or changes.
FATI X OPTIMIZER is not responsible for changes made by a third-party platform that affect the availability or behavior of an integration.
11. Paid Plans
FATI X OPTIMIZER may offer monthly, multi-month, yearly, lifetime, or other paid plans.
The applicable price, billing period, included access, and payment terms are presented before checkout.
Paid plans are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Access is normally enabled electronically after a successful payment is confirmed.
Recurring subscriptions continue according to the selected billing period until canceled or otherwise ended according to the applicable subscription terms.
12. Payments
Payments may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment transactions may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and policies.
FATI X OPTIMIZER does not directly store full payment card details.
13. Refunds
Customers may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or a recurring subscription renewal. Each renewal has a new 14-day request window. This is a right to request a review, not a guarantee of an unconditional full refund. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the applicable payment provider's terms, FATI X OPTIMIZER's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer-protection laws.
Legitimate service usage or multiple successful optimizations do not automatically constitute refund abuse. Discretionary reviewers may consider relevant usage history and clear evidence of fraud or abuse; mandatory statutory consumer rights are never waived or restricted. For Paddle purchases, Paddle makes the final discretionary decision.
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of a previously completed charge. Please review our Refund Policy for the request process, review criteria, and the applicable payment provider links.
14. Service Limits and Availability
Usage limits, processing capacity, supported file requirements, account limits, or feature availability may vary depending on the user's plan and current service configuration.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
15. Processing and Publishing Results
Video processing results may vary depending on source content, encoding, file characteristics, network conditions, device behavior, and third-party platform processing.
FATI X OPTIMIZER does not guarantee a specific performance, distribution, reach, engagement result, ranking, or outcome after a video is uploaded or published to a third-party platform.
16. Intellectual Property
The FATI X OPTIMIZER website, branding, interface, software, documentation, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of FATI X OPTIMIZER's software, branding, or proprietary materials.
TikTok and other third-party names, logos, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.
17. Suspension or Termination
Access to FATI X OPTIMIZER may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third-party platforms, or infrastructure; investigate abuse; enforce these Terms; comply with law; or respond to security concerns.
18. Disclaimer
FATI X OPTIMIZER is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that processing will always complete successfully, or that third-party services will accept or process every request.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FATI X OPTIMIZER will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
20. Changes to the Service
FATI X OPTIMIZER may update, improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue features as necessary, including in response to security, infrastructure, legal, or third-party platform changes.
21. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, integrated platforms, business requirements, or applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of FATI X OPTIMIZER after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
